Facility rental fees are $300.00 for non-members. Facility rental fees are waived for members. If Elim Tabernacle's pastoral staff are neded, speaker will be required. There will be a $100 fee for 3 hours of AV services, if needed. Each additional hour will be $50/per hour. These fees will be discussed by church staff prior to rental approval
Event Setup/Cleanup are the responsibility of the Event Coordinator. Elim Tabernacle can provide cleaning services for $200.00 upon request
Elim Tabernacle will provide tables and chairs for event usage. Elim Tabernacle does not provide tablecloths, plates, cups, napkins and silverware, but some non-disposable dinnerware are available upon request
Elim Tabernacle does not provide coffee, creamer, and general coffee supplies for event usage. Coffee pots/Keurigs are available upon request
The Event Coordinater is responsible for any damages that may occur
